MARK 7 PRODUCTS WARRANTY:

This warranty covers all products manufactured and supplied by MARK 7.

Your MARK 7 product has been produced under rigid standards of manufacture and inspection and are warranted against material defects and workmanship.

Products which are manufactured by MARK 7 are covered by a 1 YEAR MANUFACTURERS' WARRANTY. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.

Should you believe that your product is defective in material or workmanship you must return the product to MARK 7 postage paid for evaluation. (See Return Policy)

If the returning defective product meets the criteria of this warranty the product will be repaired or replaced at MARK 7's option.

MARK 7 products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship only. This warranty is void if the product:

(1) has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship

(2) has been altered or repairs have been made or attempted by someone other than authorized factory personnel

(3) has been defaced in any way.

THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM: ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION, LACK OF CARE, MISUSE OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

MARK 7 IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MARK 7 BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. HOWEVER, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

MARK 7 is proud of our workmanship and quality that we build into our products.

While our products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship we cannot warranty;

· Rust or corrosion

· Sales of the product to second or subsequent owners

RETURN FOR REPAIR POLICY:

All service requests for repair under MARK 7 Warranty are handled on a case-by-case basis. In order to initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-462-7577 ext. 2. Return Authorizations will be emailed to you upon contacting Customer Service. Prepaid return address labels are not included with the RMA Authorization Form that we email to you.

Return for Repair Instructions

All service requests for repair require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned before acceptance at our facility. Please DO NOT return any products without first obtaining a Repair Return Authorization Form from our Customer Service Department. In making any return of a MARK 7 product to the factory, please be sure it is packaged with proper care to protect it from damage in transit and the RMA number is noted on your return label for easy identification.

· Repairs will be made and your product shipped back to you as soon as possible. Please contact the Customer service for updates on your RMA.

· Repair charges are based on time & materials. Customer Service will advise you the repair fee estimate when you call for your return authorization for repair. Freight charges are additional.

· Products which are obsolete or discontinued may be unable to be repaired due the inability to procure raw materials. In such a case MARK 7 may be able to offer an Upgrade/Exchange of a similar product if such an offering is available. Customer Service will inform you if such an offer is available.

· All returns for repair of products that are IN WARRANTY require a dated invoice/receipt to be accompanied with the return of the part please contact us for a copy if purchased direct.

· The lack of such a proof of purchase dated receipt will designate the return product as OUT OF WARRANTY and thus the repair will subject to the repair charge.

MARK 7 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

TERMS & CONDITIONS : As MARK 7 does not manufacture all of the items listed, you are required to follow the actual manufacturer’s instructions and conform to proper instructions and requirements for appropriate use.

DELIVERY : Delivery and shipment dates are estimates only. Manufacturer is not liable , directly or indirectly, for delays by carriers or delays from obtaining materials from its vendors.

PRICE CHANGES : All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHORTAGES : Must be reported with in 30 days or receipt of goods. Claims for losses or damage in transit must be made to the transportation company.

SPECIAL ORDERS : Special Orders for products may not be cancelled. All other orders may be cancelled prior to the creation of the shipping order. Cancellations may not be made online, instead please contact Customer Service.

TERMS & SHIPPING : Shipping & Handling charges will be applied to your order and added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed to by MARK 7 and the customer.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Credit card payments will be accepted for orders placed online or when placed directly with Customer Service. Online orders may not be modified once submitted. In the event there is a credit/refund due back to you in connection with an order paid by credit card, the credit/refund will be posted to your credit card upon receipt of the returning product within 10 business days.

Credit cards may be declined at the authorization point if the card you are using is not connected to the worldwide AVS (Address Verification Service) setting. Credit cards can be declined if the issuing bank is of non – US origin and is not supported by AVS. International banks do not usually support AVS so they may be unable to verify the billing address.

It is most important that the credit card being used has an exact matching address and zip code to the name, address and zip code of the statement from your credit card company.

RETURNS for REPAIR : Please review the RMA Return Materials Authorization policy.

FREIGHT CHARGES : All orders are shipped by Common Carrier LTL or by FEDEX. We will select the least expensive method for you. Shipping & Handling charges will be added to the orders for all destinations.
