The Mark 7 Digital Powder Check Sensor can automatically stop the machine if a grossly incorrect powder level is detected inside the case. If this happens, you will see a notification on the computer tablet to check the case powder level. Guarantees that every round produced has powder. Digital PowderCheck Sensor comes complete with probes for: small pistol, small rifle, large pistol, and large rifle.
How it works: The user attaches the probe that corresponds to the case type and size to the sensor rod. Then, adjust the sensing probe assembly to the correct height for the desired powder load by moving the sensor die up or down and secure the die. When the press is operating, the probe is automatically inserted into the charged case. This moves the sensor bar into its measuring position. If the sensor’s infrared laser beam is able to pass through either the sensor bar’s “over charge” or “under charge” window, then the notification is triggered. Sensitivity is dependent on powder type and user adjustment.
Compatible with the following Mark 7® Loading Machines & Autodrives™:
- APEX 10™/Evolution Autodrive™
- Revolution®
- RL1100/CP2000/Super1050/1050X Autodrives™
- 650 Pro/650 X Autodrives™
- NOTE: Mark 7 Autodrive or Revolution Press required to use this sensor.

Works great ++++Works great, but i wish they would add a "fine" sensor (i modified one of the sensor pins to 0.050inch to eliminate too much powder when powderdrop runs without a case, it tends to drop too much powder, when one case is missing, It only works great if you sort brass by headstamps ( but i do, and now i have a sensor that can detect the smallest amount of variations in powderdrop) but only give an error when off scale, might be good for rifle as well, where correct powder level is critical
