How easy is it/how long does it take to change calibers?
Depending on the caliber and primer size. Small caliber to small caliber can be as easy as 30 minutes or less with all necessary accessories. Small to Large or Large to small could take up to an hour depending on users technical knowledge and what pieces need to switch out.
How long does the Revolution take to set up out of box? Do I need any special tools?
No special tools are needed. A good Allen wrench set would be my recommendation. It will take about an 1 hour to 90 minutes to get the press set up* meaning the press is physically set up but not ready to load on, that will take another 1 to 2 hours. You have to install the sensors, get the bullet feeder and case feeder set up, then get them adjusted, then set dies, then set the sensors, set powder measure charge, ect...........so I would say a Evo manual 90 mins you are ready to load, a Rev or Evo automated with full sensors you are looking at 3 + hours.
What is the difference between a Dillon and an Evolution?
The biggest difference is the tool head size. Dillon have 5 we have 10. We are CNC and Billet construction.
The Evolution is easier to automate and works better when automated. Dillons were not made to be automated.
More sensor options on the Evolution if you do automate.
Do the sensors work with the Evolution Manual Press?
Yes but only with an Autodrive.
