Available for the Evolution™, Evolution™ PRO and Revolution®, RL1100/CP 2000/Super1050 PRO/1050 X Autodrive, 650 PRO/650 X & Evolution® and Revolution® for brass processing.

This trimmer kit is something special.  The Evolution's exclusive 10 station design gives you the ability to do single pass rifle trim and loading - no more running one process and then then another process - its now can be done all in one.

Simply install the Trimmer kit in station 3 and it will trim and cut your previously fired cases to length and also act as a swage hold down.  The powerful Bosch motor will easily handle all trim jobs.

  • 2.25HP variable speed motor
  • High quality 3-flute carbide cutter
  • Stainless steel adapter construction

Available in .223 Remington and .308 Winchester & .300 AAC Blackout

The proper steps to setup the trimmer:

1. Remove all cases and primers from your machine

2. Loosen the screws on part #1 the trim adapter housing to remove the Bosch body from the die

3. Thread in the die into the toolhead halfway

4. Manually place a lubricated case into the shellplate under the die and bring toolhead down (Dillon 1050 or Evolution/Revolution) or platform all the way up (Dillon 650) to meet the die

5. The use of a headspace case gauge is recommended (you adjust the trim die exactly as you would a sizing die, to size to minimum headspace).

6. Thread the die down until the case just is visible

7. Reinstall the Bosch router onto the die with the part #1 trim adapter housing and screws, ensure lock nut and all screws tight

8. Install the shroud assembly and vacuum to the trimmer to catch the shavings

9. Test the trim length and fine tune the length by threading the die up or down as needed for height

Tips:

Leave the trimmer on the case an extra second or two to ensure a precise cut

We use a lanolin based lubricant (Dillon case lube works well)

Size de-prime the cleaned and lubricated brass first if possible before trimming
